We are delighted to present Villa Kalkan Setara, a sophisticated and beautifully designed villa located in the heart of Kalkan’s prestigious Kömürlük district. Just steps from the sea, this contemporary retreat offers breathtaking views across the bay and mountains, and promises the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and comfort.

With four en-suite bedrooms, expansive outdoor spaces, and a spectacular roof terrace, Villa Setara is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a tranquil escape with easy access to Kalkan’s charming old town and nearby beach clubs.

Set side by side with Villa Afsana, Setara can also be booked together with its sister property to accommodate up to 16 guests — making it a superb choice for large family gatherings or special celebrations.

INTERIOR LAYOUT

Ground Floor:
The ground floor of each villa comprises a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area features a double-height ceiling and is furnished in a minimalist yet comfortable style, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere.

The kitchen diner is well equipped with modern appliances, including a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, and microwave. A dining table provides space for shared meals.

Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and an iPod docking station (compatible with iPhone 5 and newer).

Full-height glass windows along the front of the villa flood the interior with natural light and frame the stunning sea views. Soft white and cream tones enhance the tranquil design.

The first bedroom is also located on this level – a twin room with en-suite shower room (can be configured as a double if preferred), with views onto the terrace.

First Floor:
The entire first floor is dedicated to the master suite. This spacious room (approx. 40 m²) features a king-size bed, a freestanding Jacuzzi bathtub with panoramic sea and mountain views, an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing room, and a private sea-view balcony.

Second Floor:
The top floor houses the final two bedrooms:

• One bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room and a dressing area (can be configured as a double or a twin)

• One king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and a dressing area

Both bedrooms offer stunning sea and mountain views and share access to the villa’s expansive roof terrace, which spans the full width of the property. This spectacular space is perfect for enjoying a sunset drink, with Kalkan’s twinkling lights as the backdrop.

Each villa offers a large private infinity pool and sun terraces on three sides, complete with:
