While Villa Afsana can be enjoyed entirely on its own, it also sits beside its sister property, Villa Setara. When booked together, the two villas offer an ideal solution for larger groups or multi-generational families seeking privacy with proximity.

 

The Villa is arranged over three spacious floors, offering thoughtfully designed interiors, privacy, and panoramic views from nearly every room.

 

Ground Floor
The entrance level of the villa welcomes you into a striking open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. With its double-height ceiling and full-height sliding glass doors, this space is flooded with natural light and opens directly onto the pool terrace. The elegant, minimalist décor in cool white and soft cream tones creates a sense of calm and sophistication.

The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and an iPod docking station (compatible with iPhone 5 and newer). The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining table provides a welcoming spot for indoor meals with a view.

Also on this level is the first of four bedrooms – a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The beds can be configured as a double if desired. This bedroom enjoys views out onto the terrace and offers convenient access to the pool area.

 

First Floor
The entire first floor is dedicated to the villa’s magnificent master suite. Spanning approximately 40 square metres, this private haven features a king-size bed, a freestanding Jacuzzi bathtub positioned to take in the sea and mountain views, an en-suite shower room, and a separate dressing room. A private balcony extends from the suite, offering a peaceful place to watch the sun rise or set over the bay.

 

Second Floor
On the top floor, you’ll find two additional beautifully styled bedrooms. One is a flexible double/twin room with an en-suite bath/shower and dressing area. The other features a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and a private dressing area. Both bedrooms enjoy sweeping views of the sea and mountains and have direct access to the villa’s spacious roof terrace, which spans the full width of the property.

This expansive terrace is a standout feature — a private sanctuary where you can unwind with a drink in hand and take in the golden hour over Kalkan, as the town’s lights begin to twinkle below.

 

Outdoor Area
Villa Afsana’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive. A large private infinity pool is surrounded by sun terraces on three sides, offering ample room for lounging, sunbathing, or dining under the shaded pergola. A built-in barbecue area makes al fresco dinners a true pleasure.

 

 

Despite its tranquil setting, Villa Afsana is just a 10–12 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan via a scenic coastal path. The well-loved Palm Beach Club lies just below the villa — only a couple of minutes away on foot — where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch, water sports, or a peaceful afternoon on the wooden sun deck by the sea.
